1949

George Cloud, Worshipful Master, and his officers and assistants kept working weekly to take care of petitions. It seemed more and more obvious that a new Temple was needed. Degree work continued weekly even into the summer.

At Past Master's night in October, 1949, Brother Edwin (Eddie, as he was affectionately known) Fraven was elected to be an Honorary Past Master.

Brothers Charles Powell, Paul Nussbaum, Earle Pence, were appointed to assist the Masonic Temple Association in securing larger quarters for the Masonic bodies. Later minutes mention Brother Harold Riggins giving reports, so it must be assumed that he represented the Temple Board.
