Frank Beste, the 23rd Master of Kennewick Lodge, came to wick in 1908. He engaged in a number of different businesses and founded Beste’s Grocery. He was active in promoting the local bank.

February 1, 1928
Committee appointed to draft by-laws for Masonic Association. Reported that by-laws had been drafted. They were read and discussed. They were accepted and the Worshipful Master appointed M. M. Moulton, L. G. Spaulding, and J. W. Vickers as Trustees.

March 7, 1928
Trustees of Masonic Association reported that officers had been elected and Blue Lodge and Scottish Rite each subscribed $1500.00. Stock was being sold to members in both bodies. N. Perry of Pasco appraised the furniture of Blue Lodge at $1,064.75.

March 21, 1928
The Lodge conferred life membership on Brother W. W. Saltgaves who was made a Worshipful Master in 1875 and H. E. Huntington who was made Worshipful Master in 1895. They were each presented with a certificate.

April 4, 1928
Moved and seconded that $10 be donated to Washington Children's Home.

September 19, 1928
Worshipful Master appointed a committee consisting of A. F. Brownell, M. Carnahan and F. White to nominate eight members, four of whom were elected stockholders of the Temple Association. The following were elected to represent Blue Lodge at the Masonic Temple Association meeting: H. A. Linn, G. H. Shanafelt, C. M. Bentley, and M. N. Hudnall.

Communication from J. C. Land requesting the lodge to arrange for him and his wife to enter Masonic Home. Secretary to write Grand Secretary.

Meeting was called for the purpose of installing officers for the ensuing year. Brother Frank Green was installed as Worshipful Master.
