Leon Semon came to Kennewick in 1919 where he owned and operated Semon's Men's Store. He was very successful in this operation and left in 1927 to go to Yakima where he opened Semon’s Men's Clothing Store which is still in operation by his two sons. A Jewish gentleman, he was well known for his kindness and generosity to those not as prosperous as he. He was Worshipful Master in 1925.

January 7, 1925
The Lodge voted to purchase the Bible that Brother Watkins reported would cost about $30.

January 21, 1925
It was decided that the lodge buy Past Master jewels for all Past Masters and all future Past Masters.

April 15, 1925
A committee of three was appointed to meet with a committee from Lodge of Perfection for buying chairs for the Lodge Room. Moved and seconded that Worshipful Master divide the membership into groups of five and that one group should be notified to attend every DeMolay meeting. Motion carried.

November 4, 1925
The Lodge voted to donate $10 to buy milk for children at Washington Grade School. Brother Herb Shanafelt announced that the DeMolay would initiate a class on November 13. The Walla Walla degree team would put on the work, and there would be candidates from Prosser and Pasco. This lodge financed the eats for the DeMolay, November 13.

December 29, 1925
The Lodge met for special communication with Eastern Star for the purpose of installing officers. E. H. Sherk was installed Worshipful Master.
