R. H. Briggs came to Kennewick in 1917 and was manager of Spokane Fruit Growers Association. He left Kennewick in the 1930's. A daughter, Margaret, lives in McAllen, Texas. He was Worshipful Master in 1924.

Moved and seconded that the Master appoint a committee of one to have picture of King Solomon's Temple, donated by Brother A. J. Watkins framed and hung in the Lodge Room. Carried.

November 19, 1924
A committee of two was approved to confer with other committees to discuss furnishing milk for children at Washington Grade School.

December 17, 1924
Moved by Brother Craver and seconded that where there is a dispute on amount of dues owed that the brother be credited for the disputed amount. Motion carried.

After opening lodge, the Masons were joined with the OES for the purpose of installing officers. Leon Semon was installed as Worshipful Master.
