A.H. Richards came to Kennewick in 1890. At first he farmed 3000 acres in the Horse Heavens. He sold the property and moved to downtown Kennewick. He was Mayor of the city in early 1900's. He was Worshipful Master in 1911.

An invitation was read from Pasco Lodge #173 to attend the dedication of their temple on October 3, 1911. December 20, 1911
Brother F. M. Crosby was elected Worshipful Master. Motion carried to hold a joint public installation with the Eastern Star.
December 24, 1911
Lodge was opened in special communication for the purpose of attending the funeral of Brother Arthur W. Tompkins.
