C. O. Anderson was the second master of Kennewick Lodge #153 F & AM. He was active in the formation of the Lodge and was the first Senior Warden. He served as the first Prosecuting Attorney for Benton County when it was organized in 1905.

Brother Anderson was elected Worshipful Master.
September 18, 1907
Grand Master Brother R. C. McAllister constituted Kennewick Lodge #153 F & AM and the charter was read. Brother C. 0. Anderson was installed as Worshipful Master and the Lodge was declared duly constituted.
 December 27, 1907
Special communication was called on December 27, 1907, being St. John's Day for the purpose of installation of officers for the ensuing year. Brother James Johnston was installed as Worshipful Master.
